Wednesday Leftover chicken katsu, freshly fried, because I employed the trick of breading all the chicken but not frying all of it the first night. Tuesday Zoe was out with a friend, so I put my PJ pants on, watched a bunch of assigned lab videos, and ate leftover soup for dinner. Wednesday I had lab from 5:30-9:30, so it was Zoe’s turn to eat leftover soup! Friday Zoe’s working tonight, so maybe we will eat some Swedish pancakes together after she gets home.

Sunday Leftover sandwiches; they’re great reheated in the toaster oven on the air-fryer setting. Monday I had a snacky dinner earlier, and then when Zoe came home from her evening shift at work, she had a frozen pizza. Wednesday Leftover chicken quesadillas. We had some raw veggies and fruit on the side.

Zoe was at work. Sunday Zoe had a night off of work, so the three of us went out for pizza and then went to Target, where we did some clothes shopping. Tuesday Zoe had some pizza leftovers, and I ate leftover salad, but this time I dumped the last crumbs from a Doritos bag on my salad, and that was 10/10.

What We Ate Saturday Zoe and I met up at Panera after her work shift, got some dinner together, and then went home and watched a movie together. ? Thursday Zoe picked up some fast food for herself after work, and I ate some random stuff from the fridge (leftover pasta and some butternut squash soup , plus a grilled cheese sandwich).

Zoe got off of work at 8:30 so she just got a fast food chicken sandwich. Tuesday I sauteed some ham from the freezer, then sauteed some chopped kale, then added in leftover mac and cheese plus some milk and cream. I used chicken thighs instead of chicken breasts again this time, and it worked great. for me this week.

I got a free Adirondack chair As I was about to leave to pick up the eyeglass spray, I saw that someone had posted their yard sale leftovers for free, and that house was nearly next door to my eyeglass spray destination.
